Overview

The Foundation for Social Welfare Service (FSWS) is the leading employer in the social welfare sector in Malta with close to 1000 employees. The FSWS offers a myriad of services with its professionals working directly with children, young people, adults and families in need. Among the various professions that FSWS employs are social workers, youth workers, support workers, medical doctors, nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, Systemic Family Therapists, Counsellors, administrative staff and so on.

The ultimate goal of the Foundation is that professionals provide quality psycho-social welfare services to individuals and families inclusive of all diversities through empowering, advocating and safeguarding the well-being of these persons. Thus, its employees are vital for the success and are instrumental in achieving the Foundation’s goal.
