Application – Monitoring

Overview

The focus of this service is to provide a beneficiary with details of current and active benefits as well as pending benefits awaiting assessment and authorisation by the Department of Social Security.

What you’ll get

A list with details of any application/s or request/s for revision made by you in the last twelve (12) months. From here you can check whether your claim has been processed and the relevant outcome.

Exclusions:
Retirement Pension: Tentative Assessment.
Sickness Benefit: Blue Medical Certificate Claims.

Eligibility

General eligibility criteria:

• An e-ID account issued by Identity Malta.
