Overview
The Appointment of an Administrator to act on behalf of a person with mental or other disability and also on behalf of a person under 18 years who cannot act on his/her own behalf. An administrator can also accept to appoint a person to act as an Agent on his behalf.

- The Administrator or Agent of an Administrator to be appointed must be authenticated by a recommender such as a Priest, a Medical Practitioner or Specialist, a University Graduate, a Member of Parliament, a Bank Manager, a Public Officer not below the grade of Principal or a Police Officer not below the grade of Inspector.
- If this application is for a Disability Pension, the witness section must be filled in by a Doctor or a Specialist.

If a general power of attorney authenticated by a Notary Public or the Law Courts have already appointed an Administrator, it is not necessary to submit an application.
