Registration under the Social Security Act (Cap. 318.)

It is very important to know that the Certificate of Registration does not entitle you to any benefits, and you will not be considered an insured person unless you pay Social Security Contributions as required by the aforementioned Act.

In addition, once you have received the Certificate of Registration informing you that you have been registered under the Social Security Act (Cap. 318. ), you must update your Banking and Contact Details online by visiting mysocialsecurity.gov.mt or a servizz.gov hub.
