The online service allows you to generate your Benefit Rate Certificate quickly and easily. The certificate will provide you with information on your pension type and payment amount.  Additionally, the certificate will include a unique document reference number to confirm its authenticity.

To be eligible for this service, you must be a Social Security beneficiary in receipt of a Retirement Pension, Invalidity Pension, or Widow/er’s Pension from the Department of Social Security of Malta and currently residing and being paid abroad. Your information must match the records in the Social Security Benefits System for the certificate to be generated.

No documentation is required to generate your Benefit Rate Certificate through our online service. However, you will need to input your pension number, date of birth, and pension type, and the system will automatically generate the certificate. You can choose to save the certificate on your device, receive it via email, and with a simple click, view it on your screen or print or download a copy.
