This service provides the facility to upload copies of documents requested in a Call Letter by the Department of Social Security.

This service allows a citizen to upload copies of documents requested by the Department of Social Security.

Application Requirements

Once the claimant receives a Call Letter issued by the Department of Social Security, the Submit Documents service may be accessed.

Eligibility

General eligibility criteria:

• A valid and active e-ID account issued by Identità Malta; or
• Document Number indicated in Call Letter
